When you arrive, please go to the student office first (on the ground floof of the building, next to the entrance) and make sure to bring the following documents with you:
1. Your OIB number, which you can obtain by filling out this form and submitting it to the Porezna uprava Osijek office here. The procedure is described here. If you have questions about the administrative aspect, contact Dunja Valinčić dvalincic@gfos.hr.
2. A photograph of yourself.
3. A copy of your Learning Agreement.
4. A copy of your ID.
Once you've successfully enrolled, ask the student office to get in touch with the Erasmus coordinator Anamarija Štefić biskup@gfos.hr.
She will set up meetings with the professors you'll be working with, and you can work out the details of your courses directly with them.
You should also fill out the form OB-7-22-2 immediately upon your arrival OB-7-22-2
and the online questionnaire OB-7-22-12 at the end of your mobility: OB-7-22-12
